I started going to traditional networking meetings and kept seeing the same thing: small business owners paying a fortune and getting very little back.

Along with Dave Murphy, I thought there had to be a better way. We set out, a bit naively at first, to make a group that cared more about the people in the room than the fees.

It hasn't always been smooth, but the idea hasn't changed. Dave isn't a member any more, but In The Loop wouldn't exist if we hadn't met.

Today there are over 230 of us. Some members come to everything. Others only pop up when they need a hand. Both are fine. Everyone knows we're here when they need us.
