I am a bespoke travel planner creating fully customised travel experiences tailored to each client’s individual preferences and interests.
I have access to over 700 independent suppliers and hundreds of thousands of individual holidays giving me a massive portfolio to cater for all my client’s needs and I also manage and book pre-packaged holidays and am an approved booking agent for Jet2 Holidays, Tui and EasyJet Holidays. That said I am fully independent and am not tied to any particular tour operator, airline or hotel chain.

I provide a very high-level, personalised service, handling every part of your holiday, from flights and accommodation, cruises, tours, excursions and even car parking, car hire and lounge passes.

I handle all research, planning and booking which will save you hours of unnecessary hard work and time which is particularly beneficial for complex, multi-stop trips with numerous flights and hotels.

If it is your preference to have an active involvement in the process and you love researching yourself, I can still book your holiday for you, and you will still benefit from my concierge service. I will check you in for your flights, arrange special assistance if necessary and contact your accommodations with any special requests before you depart.

I have lots of direct connections in the travel industry, so if something goes wrong, I can usually resolve issues on a personal level without the issues of an impersonal website and restricted opening hours, meaning, you wouldn’t have to spend the time holding on the phone to call centres, or on online chats. I will sort it all out for you with no extra stress or hassle!

All bookings have ATOL and ABTA protection for your extra peace of mind; and all payments are held in a separate, secure Trust bank account.

I willl be invested in both you and your holiday, available when and where you require any assistance; and I am fully engaged in ensuring that you have the perfect experience on your next and all future holidays.
