About Baa-Kery Barn 

Baa-Kery Barn is a dedicated 100% gluten-free bakery and café, created to prove that gluten-free food doesn’t have to mean missing out!

Based in Wallasey Village on the Wirral, we freshly make a huge selection of sweet and savoury treats, from cakes, brownies and cookie pies to sausage rolls, pies, pasties and much more — all produced in our dedicated gluten-free environment.

We’re especially passionate about providing a place where people living with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance can enjoy great food with confidence, without the usual worry about gluten cross-contamination.

And the Barn is growing!  Alongside our bakery and café, we’re taking Baa-Kery Barn on the road, attending local markets and events and developing our Cake Shed concept to make our treats available to even more communities.

We’re incredibly proud to have achieved a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating, and at the heart of everything we do is our amazing community — affectionately known as “Our Flock.”
